Jessica and Pete Sueltenfuss spent many years in the restaurant industry in Boston and Portland. In 2015 they made the leap into their own business, Other Side Delicatessen - East Deering. The deli focuses on sourcing local meats to cure, brine, and smoke in house. The deli offers to go sandwiches, fresh cuts, house made charcuterie and prepared foods. In 2017 an opportunity for expansion came up and Other Side Delicatessen - West End opened, servicing the popular Portland neighborhood. After years of learning East Deering’s community desire for a diner, the Sueltenfuss’ brought to life Other Side Diner.
